Bhate was recently awarded a $14.5M Design/Build Contract by the US Air Force to perform renovations to the 60,000 SF Administrative & Training Facility Building 302, located at Joint Base Charleston, SC. This project includes structural upgrades to meet seismic standards, site work to meet Anti-Terrorism standards, and extensive interior renovations to meet tenant operations requirements. The renovation effort is scheduled for 1 year.
