Bhate was retained by AFCEC und for various repairs and upgrades at Youngstown Air Reserve Station. Bhate completed installation of Deadman Control, Ground Verification, Eyewash, and Explosion Proof Box and upgrade of EFSO and Containment at the Service Station; installation of Ground Verification and upgrade of EFSO at Bulk Offloading; repair of Pumphouse Insulation; repair of Containment and upgrade of Eyewash/Shower at Fill Stand; replacement of Drain Sump at Bulk Fuel; and building of Canopies at Truck Parking, Fill Stand, and Bulk Offloading.
