USAESCH awarded Bhate, its 6th consecutive Facilities Reduction Program (FRP) contract in the unrestricted business category. The contract value is $48M. The contract is to reduce the Federal Government’s inventory of excess facilities, thereby saving energy and maintenance cost; eliminating safety hazards, nuisances and unsightly structures; and freeing up valuable Army real estate for future development. The Mideast Region includes the following states: Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Puerto Rico.
