Site work included grading, site utilities, heavy duty concrete paving, landscaping, and irrigation. Bhate used best management practices (BMP) to prevent stormwater run-off through the placement of silt fencing around the construction site. Our technicians monitored stormwater discharge potential in accordance with ADEM requirements and found no violations. Overall, the building had to — and did — meet stringent architectural and building requirements because it is located in a gated high-end community. Bhate provided all preconstruction submittals for approval by the architect, then coordinated all MEP trade inspections along with geotechnical and foundation inspections from the city. Upon completion of the project, Bhate provided as-built drawings and a warranty information package. The project was completed on time with no safety violations.
