As the Senior Director of Infrastructure at Bhate, Terry Watson leads a broad spectrum of construction-related services, including design-build, general contracting, construction management, and a variety of environmental engineering, construction, and property assessment functions. He is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of Bhate’s Infrastructure Divisions- Demolition, Fuels, and Construction – supporting a wide range of Federal Government programs. Prior to joining Bhate, Terry held several key leadership roles in the construction industry.
Terry brings extensive experience managing programs for both the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of State (DoS). His project portfolio spans retail, commercial, institutional, sports facilities, multi-family housing, utilities, and infrastructure developments. He has successfully led complex construction projects valued at over $100 million per individual task order.
An alumnus of Auburn University, Terry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Science. He is also a proud father of two Auburn graduates – Draper, with a degree in Civil Engineering, and Forrest Ann, who earned a degree in Industrial Engineering. Terry is married to Jennifer, a dedicated lifelong educator who has served middle and high school students across two school districts in Alabama.
