John “Johnny” Roberts is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bhate, established in 1990. Under his leadership, Bhate provides cutting-edge solutions in the environmental and infrastructure sectors, serving federal agencies including the Department of Defense, Department of State, municipal entities, and private industry.
Mr. Roberts is an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers and has previously served as Chairman of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF), where he continues to contribute on its executive committee and board. He currently holds the position of Chairman of the Global Network Foundation, the philanthropic arm of SIBF.
Additionally, Mr. Roberts is a member of the Rotary Club of Birmingham and serves on the Board of Directors for Red Mountain Theater in Birmingham, Alabama. He is also a member of the University of Alabama President’s Cabinet and sits on the Board of Visitors for the Culverhouse College of Commerce at the University of Alabama.
A graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Hydrogeology and Environmental Planning, Mr. Roberts was honored with an honorary doctorate from the Culverhouse College of Commerce.
