Bhate has provided the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) and the Defense Logistics Agency-Energy (DLA-E) with compliance services to military facilities, worldwide, via multiple contracts. Tasks included Prepared Public Awareness and Damage Prevention Program (PADPP) Plans for DFSP Charleston and DFSP San Pedro as well as stakeholder mailing activities. Fueling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) were created for DFSP Pohang, DFSP Yechon, and DFSP Kunsan in the Republic of Korea to ensure consistent and safe fueling procedures to prevent fuel spills. Fueling SOPs were prepared to assist with training and familiarization process for U.S. military personnel.
