Leland Meadows, CIH, CSP, CHMM is an Alabama A&M University graduate with Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Mathematics. With more than 20 years’ experience managing health and safety for environmental and construction projects, specialties include: hazardous materials, emergency response, remediation, environmental consulting & compliance, munitions, demolition, cleanup, and disposal under OSHA 1910/1926 and EM 385-1-1 for DoD, US Army, USACE, Navy, Air Force, USEPA and other federal, state and local entities. Leland is dedicated to the Bhate Safety Culture by improving communication, supplying frequent and updated training, while leading the charge to make best use of Bhate’s resources and personnel to keep our company safe and compliant both in the field and at home.
