USAESCH awarded Bhate, its 5th consecutive FRP contract in the large business category. The contract value is $48M. The contract is to reduce the Federal Government’s inventory of excess facilities, thereby saving energy and maintenance cost; eliminating safety hazards, nuisances and unsightly structures; and freeing up valuable Army real estate for future development. The Northeast Region includes the following states: CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV, and Washington DC.
