Bhate-ZAPATA JV is pleased to announce that the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), South Atlantic Division (SAD), has selected Bhate-ZAPATA, a Joint Venture formed by Bhate Environmental Associates, Inc. and ZAPATA Incorporated, for award of an Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) contract.
The Regional Environmental Acquisition Tool (REAT) program will encompass a full range of environmental remediation services for the Savannah, Mobile, Jacksonville, Charleston, and Wilmington USACE Districts within SAD.
Bhate-ZAPATA has developed a comprehensive and structured technical approach that will be implemented by personnel highly-qualified and experienced personnel in both Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) process.
Services to be performed within the REAT include environmental compliance, restoration, conservation, and remediation services; pollution prevention; erosion and sediment control; storm water and water reuse; safety and industrial hygiene; facilities maintenance and inspection; quality assurance; and energy management.
